• Free shipping on all US orders over $50
• $4.99 flat rate for orders under $50
• US shipping only (we don't currently ship internationally)
• Most orders ship within 3–7 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right.

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Include photos of the defect or damage
• We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the defective item

Wrong Size?

We understand sizing can be tricky with online orders. While we can't accept size exchanges on made-to-order items, we're happy to help you find the right size before you order. Check our size guides or email us.
